Using Veractly

Terms of use

Use Veractly only for lawful activities that you are authorized to perform. These basic use terms apply alongside any separate service agreement for your organization.

Use only what you are authorized to access

You must have permission to act for your organization, connect its accounts and submit its data. Protect your account and API keys, use appropriately scoped permissions, and follow your organization’s policies. Do not bypass access controls, probe another organization’s resources or disrupt the service.

Keep submitted data appropriate

Submit only the business information needed for the workflow. Do not submit raw payment-card data, protected health information, biometric data, government-classified information or production database dumps. Enter connector credentials only through the designated credential controls; never place secrets in policy text, evidence or notes.

Review consequential actions

You are responsible for selecting appropriate accounts, environments, policies and approvals before authorizing an action. Connected services have their own terms and operating limits. Review the reported evidence and unresolved outcomes before taking further action; an accepted request alone does not establish an external outcome.

Understand the available capabilities

Available operations depend on your environment, permissions and connector qualification. Sandbox, simulation and replay results describe their stated scope and do not establish that a production action occurred. Consult the product guide and the limits shown in your workspace.

Privacy and workspace questions

Read the privacy notice for information about data use. Contact your organization’s workspace administrator about access, configuration or permitted use within your organization.
